What are your coworking plans and prices?
We offer two simple plans: a Dedicated Desk at ₹3,500/month, all-inclusive, and a Private Cabin at ₹10,000/month. The Private Cabin is all-inclusive except the electricity used by the cabin's dedicated AC and lighting, which is metered and billed separately.
Is the price really all-inclusive?
For the Dedicated Desk, yes — electricity, high-speed WiFi, water and housekeeping are all included. For the Private Cabin, everything is included except the electricity for the cabin's separate AC and lighting.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, one month's rent as a refundable deposit.
What is the minimum commitment period?
Six months.
Do you offer day passes or short-term bookings?
No, currently we only offer monthly Dedicated Desk and Private Cabin plans.
What is the difference between a Dedicated Desk and a Private Cabin?
A Dedicated Desk is your own workstation with a glass partition in a shared coworking area — ideal for freelancers and small teams. A Private Cabin is a fully enclosed, air-conditioned room with an executive desk and visitor seating, better suited for client meetings and privacy.
What amenities are included?
High-speed WiFi, power backup, air conditioning, CCTV and access control, wired network ready, RO drinking water, daily housekeeping, a pantry area, and print/scan on request.
What are your access hours?
Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM.
Do you have meeting or conference rooms?
No.
Can I use lockable storage?
Yes, but only for Private Cabin members.
Can I use this as my registered company address?
Yes, company address usage is available with the Private Cabin plan.
